This place is infested with mice . Been infested since Ive moved in . Holes were never covered . Baby mice all through my apartment . I am disgusted . Breaking my lease

I moved here September 2022, its now December 2022 and Im ready to pack my kids and move. I live on the 4th floor of Building D and I have been dealing with mice (yes mice meaning more than one) . Ive called the office to get someone out to help
With this and they gave me the run around. So I took the initiative to hire my own exterminator to resolve the problem . Its going on 2 weeks now and the office has failed me to help me solve this problem. I unfortunately dont want to break my lease but I WILL NOT be staying here another year. You guys PLEASE dont be like me and ignore the reviews , I did that and now Im paying for it ! PLEASEE look for somewhere else to live .

Weve been living here for about 4 months now and I cant wait to get out. Neighbors upstairs are very loud. The people here are very inconsiderate, someone lets their dog stand outside and bark all day long. Kids are always playing in the lobby being loud. There are only 2 very tiny washers in the laundry room and 1 of them has been broken for months and no one seems to care to fix it. The laundry room always stinks and the washers are not kept up with and are always nasty. Garbage piles up next to the garbage shoot. Weve had our fridge break 3 times before they brought us a new one. Our sink broke and different guys were coming in and out while we werent home and the first one made a mess in our bathroom. The windows are old and not safe my cat fell out of the window because he leaned onto the screen. Ive had a package stolen the first couple weeks we lived here so now I get nothing delivered here. Ive seen packages in the mail room ripped open and gone through. I know that apartment buildings come with problems but theres been so many in a short amount of time. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone its way overpriced for what it is worth. Saying these are luxury apartments is definitely and over statement. Definitely not staying another year.
