        It was disappointing to say the least, service was horrible and food was old and dried out. While there, the manager was mopping the floor and spreading mud and food all over without rinsing the mop. Will never go back again.

        Just ordered ( and ate) a sub, and it was the best sub I have had there. Everything was fresh and bread was soft. Excellent job!!

        Ottawa Subway sucks! Their drive thru is never open .. they never answer their phone to take call in orders .. we get subway coupons in our local paper but they wont honor them.. they raised their prices on their subs.. this is the last time we are going and never going back again!!!..RIDICULOUS!
