      image 3 times now Ive ordered ahead. Each time I ask specifically for a toasted CBR with EXTRA onion, EXTRA spinach, and a few other things. 2/3 times I get regular on all toppings or even light instead of extra. 2/3 times I showed up about 10min early for the ready time I put in my order. 2/3 times my sandwich was waiting for me a full 10min ahead of when it was supposed to be made. And both times by the time I got to actually eating the sandwich it was ice cold. I also asked for the bacon under the cheese all 3 times so when its toasted it actually gets crispy. They have yet to follow that clear instruction all 3 times. They are clearly rushing these online orders and not paying attention to customer notes whatsoever, and are likely making the sandwiches 15-20min early... and I dont know why other than being lazy/not caring about the food quality. Im trying again today. If it happens again Im speaking to the owner/operator.
