        My policy went up 33% for 6+ months based on a clerical error on allstates end. After months of back and forth, doug told me to file a complaint myself. I was overcharged for someone elses driving record and my insurance agent couldnt, or wouldnt do anything to help me retain my overpayment. Weve cancelled our policy and will no longer seek insurance via Allstate based on their incompetence and lack of effort.

        I needed a quote for a Milewise policy, worked with Michelle, she called me back with the numbers about 20 minutes after my initial call. The policy was bound and active the following day. Awesome fast service.
