        The people at the office were great! HOWEVER THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SUCKS!! THEY LEFT A SENIOR CITIZEN & VETERAN STRANDED ON THE ROAD FOR MORE THAN 11HRS, AND HE STILL ENDED UP CALLING A TOW TRUCK ON HIS OWN, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 HRS. NOT GUARANTEED!!! I would like to say this was a 1 time fluke incident, but a couple years ago he had to wait 8hrs broke down in the freezing cold when the fuel pump quit running on his way to town! My dad sat on a country road with no heat and ended up sick!
