Theres a lady with brown hair with blondish highlights and she is rude. I mean like really rude because I didnt do anything wrong to her or make her feel like I made her have this nasty attitude. I mistakenly said buffalo sauce and I know there isnt but I forgot but she told me Wendys dont have no buffalo sauce in such an attitude that will make you dont want to go back to this location anymore. Also, she roll her eyes and also had this vibe of just not having it. I dont understand why employees be so rude or mean to customer who hasnt done anything to deserve that.

Consistently an awful drive thru experience. I work in the evenings and usually get food late at night when I get off. I am regularly turned away anywhere from 30 minutes - 90 minutes before close, and the one night that I actually get served, they forget one of TWO items that I ordered. I didn't check the bag as it was late and I was trying to get home. Got here just to find out half my food was missing. This place sucks, go to one of the other 8 restaurants within a half mile

They have improved. Idk if it's new management or new worker's. It has stepped up.

---- 2024 March update Things have not improved much here at the saddest Wendy's in the Midwest. I can't believe this location is still in service. I thought today that "surely, after 2 years, this location has got to have improved". Nope. They have a permanent "help wanted" sign in the window. I've just scrolled down the reviews and see that My experience is not unique. Staff problems are #1. For at least 6 years. How is this place making enough profit to continue to operate? I did eat my cold burger and cold fries. I have not been sick, so there's something positive to be said. Only guessing, but the better employees may be at the nearby McDonalds or KFC/Taco Bell next door. ---- 2022 Hmmm... Where to start. - No hours on the doors, so I guess they don't have to open at any particular time. They were not open at 10:30am. I came back later after double checking the hours online and realized they should have been open. - I ordered a chicken sandwich and a soda through the drive-though. That turned into a 20 minute process where they took my order from the outside, had me repeat the order at the first payment window, and again at the second food window. - The employees were swearing at each other - must be a bad day all-around. Parking: Next to the restaurant there are 3 non handicap spots. This is part of the Kroger parking area, so if you don't mind dodging some lot traffic; plenty of space! Caution getting into their drive-through - it's right next to a driveway for the entire Surrey Square shopping center.
