Was pleasantly surprised. Im from Norwalk and have always struggled finding somewhere to stay when we visit. We had the three bed room and it was so nice to have our own beds. Very clean. Little gift bag when we checked in. Will totally stay here again!

Check in at 3:00 but we had to wait along with other people until 4:30 before rooms were ready. We had 3 rooms no housekeeping at any. Biggest complaint I am disabled and asked for an ada room when I booked months ago. Not only did I not get one, we were stuck at the furthest point in the hotel. I had to do a slow painful hobble with my walker a fair distance to get to elevator just to get to 2nd floor turn around and hobble all the way back. Bathroom was too small for my walker so I couldn't shut the door for privacy. Public restroom by lobby was the same. No safety grab bars, super low toilet and a tub we couldn't get into. 3 days of no showers. Bed was so high I couldn't get into it, had to stack pillows on floor to lift me up enough to get in. Door to hallway was in a way that my huisband literally had to go into closet to open door wide enough for my walker to go out. My sons room (128) had a leak in ceiling coming through the overhead light. Front desk not interested in problem just said they had no maintenance workers. Absolutely miserable, painful and exhausting stay especially for the price we paid. Then I get an email of bill and for some reason theres a $30 charge which I questioned and hotel hasn't bothered to respond to. Never ever agin. Cancelling my Best Western and will stay at other chains if I travel again. This was enough to put me off of travelling.

The first night the hot tub was not working which we were not aware of upon check in. The sliding door to our balcony was very difficult to open. The pool was very cold. The toilet clogged up several times. Very large room for the price.

Everything was as expected and the folks at the front counter were extremely friendly
