I have stayed here in the past. Overall OK if room was ok. I am just putting 2 stars on last stay as the dead bolt did not work. Also with this room and others with the hvac unit in the ceiling needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of dust in and around the filter. And subsequently flows through the room. Could also be a source for mold growth. I recommed to have maintenance or housekeeping service clean all of the hvac units. I was on the 3rd floor and the units were in the ceiling. They could be elsewhere on other floors. Your hotel is not the only one where this goes unattended. There are a lot worse, Stamford too.
Oh, on another stay I was quoted a price upon checking in but then saw it $20 more at checking out

In a very nice small town. The customer service was beyond great. Im an over the road truck driver and getting around isnt easy. Front desk helped with local food business and provided positive transportation to and from. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended if in the Norwalk area.
Food & drinks: Marcos pizza was a great spot to eat

The bed sheets had holes all over, the pillows were stain or it was just dirty. I left that place with a bite in my back and my arm. The air conditioning system didnt work properly. We put it to 90 degrees so it would be warm but after a few minutes it would throw cold air instead of hot. I wouldnt go back here.

Horrible. I will never stay there again. We got there, got put into the FIRST room, there was BLACK MOLD UNDER the bathtub matte went to the office and told them. They didnt believe us and came to check it out. Then saw it and said you wont be stepping under the matte and then was mad at us because we asked for a different room. We arrived with an under 1 year old so of course we wanted a different room. The next room was no better. Looked like cigarette burns all over the beds, looked like sheets where not washed. I am not happy we PAID for this room. I will not be staying there again not even if they pay us to say there.
