At the end of 2020 when it became time to reevaluate my insurance package for the new year, I signed on to the Market Place and simply plugged in my information. Feeling overwhelmed I stepped away for a couple of days knowing that my mind needed a reset before I could properly tackle the task at hand. In the meantime, Laura reached out to me to offer her assistance. She was the only insurance agent who reached out. I could not have done this without her. Laura was responsive, proactive, and found me a far better premium than I was able to find on my own. In the time since we set up my new plan, Laura has continually reached out to make sure that coverage was seamless heading into 2021 and a new plan, as well as being incredibly proactive when new tax credits became available that would lower my premium for the remainder of the year. She is responsive, she listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is constantly looking out for her clients to save them money wherever and whenever she can. In her initial message to me, she said, "I'm sure you've been contacted by so many agents trying to get your business." She was wrong. She was the only one. I am so incredibly thankful that she was the one to reach out though. I know I have found my insurance agent for years to come. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Laura from HealthMarkets Insurance has been exceptional. Being newly retired, my wife and I were a little intimidated by the Social Security and Medicare processes.
