Positives: Prompt customer service through phone calls, texts, and emails with any changes to our policy or follow-up with claims. Negatives:When I informed Pat (recently) about our decision to switch agents, she became very defensive. This made me uncomfortable. I understand this is a small business, but customers have the right to change their minds to do what is best for them.

Pat and team are awesome. They are prompt, courteous and always go above and beyond to make sure I understand my policy and that I'm fully covered. We were in an accident a few years back (rearended) and Pat was a calm voice of reason as we worked through everything. She made sure we had everything we needed and our family was taken care of through the whole ordeal. I also love that when I email or leave a message with a question I usually get a response in 24 to 48 hours. And not a "yes/no" a full explanation. Oh and did I mention their prices are the BEST around for equal coverage? Love these folks and their service.
