First time dealing with Orkin after I found a European hornet in my house and ants. James was extremely professional, friendly, informative and overall very pleasant. Seemed like such a sweetheart and was easy to talk to like we had already been friends. Learned about some bugs and had a few laughs about them. Did his job and was on his way.
After some months dealing with orkin they are very nice, informative, and helpful,however, they only helped with the one problem and we had to spend extra money getting outside deterents on top of their service. We kept getting yellow jackets and all they would do is spray but we had to pay for yellow jacket traps to attract them near the street and away from the house. Had orkin set up mouse traps and caught nothing. I had my cat in the garage one night and no more mouse. For us personally, the money we spent with orkin and having to pay for other deterents on top of that was honestly not worth it. We are going to use a fraction of the money and spray ourselves in the future as the deterents we used were working well. I'm giving them four stars because they were always nice and tried their best with what they had available to give clients.
