I used the online app back at the end of August and went to pick my sub. Staff told me they were having issues with the online orders and couldn't make my sub bc it didn'tcome through on there end. I pulled up the app and showed them that sub had been paid for. Showed proof. Staff stated they still could not make my sub and took my name and number. Have not heard from no management or owner. They stated they could not give me the number to call. No one has tried to call me or make this right. Extremely unsatisfied and refuse to eat from this subway!!! I will drive clear to another town!!!!
