        I'm re-reviewing with an increased rating due to Property Manager Heather's conflict resolution skills. After some technical issues with payment processing and an unfortunate miscommunication, she reached out directly to make sure we got stabilized and back to a good place. Honestly it was more effort and better customer service than I've experienced at any other rental property - which goes a long way for me when I'm choosing a place to live and raise my kids.

        If u like a filthy apartment with electrical receptacles painted over and a dirty stained toilet seat, wood rot throughout, this is the place for you. And also the property manager is unreasonable and unavailable for such minor concerns. Like I said if this is what you are looking for, this is your place. To learn more about this fascinating and ghetto living community. Hit me up I'm always willing to share my experience.

        We are going into our third year at McMillen Woods and enjoy our 2BR flat. The unit is clean and plenty of room. Management has been making upgrades to the entrances, common areas and looking forward to the pool area renovation project when it is completed:) The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a new newsletter to help keep tenants up to speed on office events, projects around the complex, local activities and new recipes to try. Thank you McMillen!

        Been here since August 2023 and it's been great The staff is super nice and maintenance is very quick to respond. Neighbors bring your packages inside the building for you so the weather doesn't ruin them. It's peaceful. Close to everything. Kitchens need updated that's mostly it.

Our apartments have some variance in features and styles, and our community has much to offer our residents. We would be happy to speak with you about any additional maintenance needs and our team is more than happy to address any issues you currently have. It is not uncommon that patio fencing requires routine maintenance each year, as Ohio sees all seasons of weather, and while we do replace fencing as needed, those projects come with much thought and planning.
