Spliced gas line 1 crimp wasn't even crimped. They did not pressure test their work. Gas company said shame on them for not testing their work. When gas company come to pressure test they said it was wide open. That's when the gas company said one of the crimps wasn't even crimped. Costed $ 286 dollars for a splice job that wasn't done properly. Paid another company $300 dollars to run a whole new gas line and pressure tested line and lit furnace and now we have working gas line. Also when Jon's came to do estimate they used my flashlight also said thank god I'm out from under there. Very unprofessional.

This message is for Steve Shultz operations manager. The person who answers your phone is rude. The person who is your dispatcher is rude. You were supposed to show up this Tuesday to replace a motherboard in one of my furnaces. It is now Friday and I have not had a phone call from your company. After I called, I found out my part has been sitting in your warehouse. I have five furnaces in this house and four of them are reading 81 and I cannot shut the heat off . Although you advertise priority service for people who have their system checked out thoroughly every summer and every winner this is not the case Im always put on a hold and waiting for service. Im also going to post this review in nextdoor Apple Valley. The only good thing about Johns plumbing is the guy that shows up to do the yearly maintenance. Too bad the folllow through is horrible and your front and people are nasty. Brenda George

This place steals money from young families & doesn't even do the work they promise. Don't waste your money on people that show up & remove a toliet when there is a clean out, just because they want to charge $200 to remove a toliet unnecessarily. Two little bolts, anyone can do that, except for the young boy showed up & struggled so much to remove it , that he damaged gray plumbing in the basement. They promised to refund money, but now say they are going to credit it. If you can't complete the work the first two times you came out, how can we trust you know what you are doing? Update: After reaching out to the manager, there was a third trip to the house, ( this time a more experienced guy came)where they were able to finally unclog the pipe , way out in the back yard, the manager did apply the cost previously paid to the Camara scope /power wash of the pipe. If they had chosen a different company to complete the work they would have been out of he money for work that had zero out come. This would not be the first place I would call for service, But, they will listen and try to correct a problem.

I've put one star because I couldn't put negative. I've been having problems with draining water from all taps, not sure if its clogged drains or trouble venting, anyways that's beside the point working 50+ hrs a week and paying $487 for some kid to come in and tear out my toilet (even though there is a cleanout plug right under the toilet for this reason) and use his "machine" to unclog the drains, not put the toilet back on (he would have charged $630 instead of $487) not a big deal I can put a toilet on. But got the toilet on and now there are leaks in the plumbing system that were not previously there not the wax ring which is the only thing I touched while putting on the toilet and the venting or clogged issue is still there nothing was fixed and now there are more problems with my system and I've tried contacting them (while they were closed because there is no service line) at around 9 they have finally gotten back with us hopefully they will fix this but for now they have done nothing and made a big mess of my house for the amazing price of $487 Edit, They've called me and ask me to update my review, they did end up fixing the problem it was a clog in the main line, they only charged me the difference between what they did the first time and the cost of the actual repair after a headache of talking to them. They also refused to fix the leak that they mostlikely created, granted it might not have been their fault but I belive it was. Based on the fact that it wasnot there before and now it is. It wasnot a hard fix it was only a rubber boot and a clamp, it would have taken them 2 seconds and not made them look badly. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. But I'll give them 2 stars because they ended up fixing the main problem.
