Cross Creek Dental Care

The office is new and clean but front office refrained from telling me I was out of network which is weird because every office Ive been to accepts our insurance. My husband and I were new patients. Hygienist was rough and took forever. I did not like how they scheduled my husband and I together but had him wait till 1.5 hours later. I would have scheduled different days had I known. I know it wasnt our hygiene because were seen every 6 months with no problem. Dr was dry and not very friendly. It felt very corporate. We called several times to pay our bill and no one answered. We wont be returning.

I would absolutely not recommend this place , I went there they charged me extra on top of that they would've send me home without giving me the protection to put on your teeth , and they would've still charged me 25 bucks , it's a very ridiculous place I'm never going back because they ripped me off and I was already at the checkout then it crossed my mind they did not give me the protection stuff to put on my teeth , but gonna charge 25 bucks for it plus ripping me off so no I'm going somewhere else !!

Excellent Staff and Compassionate, Knowledgeable Care. Ive been going to this practice since Dr. Davidson was the owner, about 30 years.

After recently having some dental work done, I would recommend Cross Creek Dental to all my friends and family. I am the type of person who hates going to the dentist and having work done was giving me high anxiety. Dr. Dunker put me at ease and told me if I felt anything to just raise my hand and she would stop. Dr. Dunker made my dental work pain free! After all the work was complete, my retainer continued to fit perfectly and all my pain was gone. Cross Creek Dental has also cleaned my 83 year old mother's teeth, and also taken care of my daughters and granddaughter's dental needs! Four generations coming to Dr. Dunker and Cross Creek Dental for all our dental needs! All the staff, I have encountered, have been professional and courteous. Thank you Cross Creek Dental!

All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Kandy and Dr Dunker were very thorough and did a great job explaining things & the front desk ladies were very welcoming
