It took them almost 2.5 hours for a cleaning after seeing Dr August which is awesome. When I got up to find out where everyone was they were all huddled together gossiping and laughing about other workers and patients in a corner. Mind you I saw other patients as well waiting to be seen in their chairs. Since I got up and spoke with one of the other Dentists. She had a hygienist come in to clean me. She never looked at my chart to see that I had a cracked tooth and a exposed root. She tried to start with out a protective bib for my clothing. I asked for one and she back talked me saying this will only take a few seconds but if you want one, FINE! She was very abrasive with me and it was extremely painful. She hurt both of my teeth, gave me a small split on my upper lip. Had me rinse once and then went on to say what was in my chart. I just left and told the other Dentist again. The other dentist went over and cleaned everything again and she was very kind. I have severe PTSD and I am 42 years old. I have been seeing the dentist every 6 months since I can remember. I have never been treated like this before in my life. Doctor august also said that my insurance just started to cover bridges. I received and eob from them denying it. I called two weeks ago asking if they are going to appeal and no response. My appointment for my crown and bridge is in one week... They are not returning my calls. I have been going to Dr August for four years and he just lost me and my family as patients due to the negligence of his staff.

Severe pain and waiting for denture molds and extractions. I called yesterday which was a Friday about pain medication because I cant eat or sleep and the lady said shed talk to the nurse and call me back. She never called back so this morning which is Saturday I called and that lady suggested ibuprofen and told me to call back Monday. Like what the hell. This place needs to do better or be shut down. All these complaints on here.

Been trying to get my lowers to fit for a year with no luck , the last doc to adjust told me to wear them for 18 hours .after 3 days my gums were bleeding and they would pop off while drinking he also treated me like a child

Terrible customer service!! My daughter had a tooth extracted last week .The tooth in front of it was fractured during the extraction of the tooth. She has been in the office twice since last week and nothing has been done to restore her fractured tooth that is causing severe constant pain . The next available emergency appointment is next Monday ?? Really. , every dental office has emergency time available. I have called multiple times but no answer and they were not closed!! I would not recommend this office for any dental treatment!! It should be a zero star!!
