      image We changed locations and like the Hamilton Avenue restaurant much better than the one on Colerain--that place is generally out of something: one time it was apple pecan salad, another time it was baked potatoes and more than once Frosty machine inoperable--suggest you not go there

      image I hate to do this cuz this Wendys has been so good to me but tonights visit was so bad I may not come back ever first off come in the drive thru and Elizabeth just awkwardly stared at me and my wife and then go to to the pick up window they say have a good day and then I get home to see they forgot one of my sandwiches like how do you forget a sandwiches so I came back thru and not one person said sorry or anything they just have a good day and shut the window like kind of service is that like I wasnt that mad but now I just feel disrespected

      image Customer service just isnt what it used to be. In the drive through, they dont look at you, they dont say thank you or have a good day. They rush you and broom you on. They dont add napkins in your bag either anymore.
