        Crossroads Adult Services in Mentor does not care about their potential clients mental health well-being. I went in for my assessment on May 5th, 2023. I called them countless times to try and make an appointment to work on my mental health and they would not make me an appointment. They finally called me November 22nd, 2023 to make an appointment, I told them that I am no longer interested since I found a different therapist in the meantime.
