they won't help you if you're doing ketamine therapy. they don't care. only emdr place in Ohio that accepts insurance. no response in ~two months. at least the ketamine pulled me out of extreme depression. even mentioning not wanting to exist before my ketamine treatments and they still never got back to me other than "ketamine therapy can make trauma work more complicated". ketamine didnt make me more traumatized at all. what a disgrace

Chris was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to personally call me as to see what I needed and what would be the best next action. Due to my insurance , financially I cannot continue with them currently, however I will always keep this place in mind moving forward.

Not taking new patients, save your time. No criticism to this place it it's ability to help. Wish there was a way to leave comments and not rate as I have not visited this business.

Chris has changed my life in more ways than I can count. She is very patient with me and always makes me see things from a more positive point of view. She continues to change my inner dialogue and silence some of the self sabotage. Trauma work, parts work, compassion, professionalism, always striving for learning and new techniques, Chris is the epitome of mental health care. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! This isnt your usual talk therapy where youre told to exercise, get a hobby, go out in the fresh air approach that just hasnt worked for me in the past. This is deep, intense (in a good way) work and allows me to leave my home occasionally. Her words of encouragement, reframing and reorienting when in a flashback, panic attack or state of dissociation always bring me to a place of peace. Thank you, Chris. You a truly a gift to this world
