        Room was clean and tidy upon first entrance. They dont provide toothbrushes nor toothpaste. Thats understandable considering the price per night stay was cheaper than the higher rated hotels in the local area. The superfluous 3 layer blanket cover-blankets felt extremely rough and uncomfortable. I dont know why you invest in layering three thin sand paper texture sheets for the bed when you can literally just buy one comfy substantially thick blanket per hotel room. The air con works but leaves the room smelling like sweat and moisture if you dont open the window to ventilate. The hotel is also next to the freeway which wasnt much of a concern for us since we actually prefer some background noise to sleep to. But the noise might be a nuisance for other ppl thinking about staying here. Service from the front desk was decent, though most of the employees working at the front seem annoyed with doing their jobs.

        Extended Stay of America Cleveland-Mentor has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Sean the Manager is one of the nicest and down to earth person to know. He's always there for every need I have had... Also the cleaning person Deana work very hard to keep up with all rooms appearance and my linens. And Jessie is extremely on top of keeping the hotels running and indoor and outdoor atmosphere clean and all maintenance problems. There's also a gentle man named Brian that helps at the front counter that goes above his call of duty. I would recommend this hotel for short or long terms stays!
