We just built our home in Fairway Landings and it was a great experience!
Geoff was great and ensured we stayed within budget and were not pressured to do anything.
Austin was very helpful, patient, and always answered any questions we had during the process. It was a very good experience and a seamless process from start to finish (including the mortgage).
We love our house and it was so fun to watch it as it was built from the ground up!

Geoff and Austin were an amazing team to work with. They made the entire process from picking out a lot to building our home very seamless and enjoyable. We got constant updates on the build with a lot of photos! Any questions we had they answered immediately and were very thoughtful with working with our mortgage company to ensure an on time close! Highly highly recommend. Thank you both.

Our experience with Ryan homes and the salesman (Geoff) was great. Geoff answered all of our questions and concerns and led us through the house buying experience and actually made it enjoyable. The process was just as described, and we were kept in the loop on any problems, and questions as they built. Overall it was better than expected!
