After standing in the kitchen of my 650,000 home and being assured by John we would revived a 1 year warranty there is no follow through. I closed on my home august 2020 and STILL have not had people out to fix warranty items. Now John claims we didnt get a warranty on the home. . Way to make a happy customer. I have a small list of warranty issues that need fixed. They sent out the window representative to see why I have water leaking into my home and doors that will not close also leaking water. Aside from that no one. I have a light that flickers. I have paint peeling, terrible window leaks that I have to tape the windows because the whistle so badly, among a few other things. I myself have had to hook up the water line for my humidifier because it wasnt complete and no one would do it front his company. Ive also had to change door handles on my own because again no response from the owner or his company. Terrible customer service and follow through. Ive been forced to hire a lawyer to get simple repairs taken care of because they dont stand behind their work. My neighbors have had the same experience with this company. The attached picture is my sliding door I get to deal with air blowing through and water leaking down. Unbelievable.
