So I'm going to share the details of my experience tonight with Subway. I ordered my dinner on line, when I go to pick it up!! "We didn't receive an online order" I had the confirmation page showing I had ordered and paid for my dinner twice bc she said the fist one didn't take, now I've been using online ordering for Months at this particular Subay and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I show the girl the confirmation page with my order # and time the food would be done. She is already on the phone with her boss when I bring the electronic receipt, and one of the MANAGERS OF THIS STORE TOLD ME" SORRY THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO, YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK. I promise if customer service, honesty, and ethics mean so little to this company I think we will be visiting a new Subway when the urge hits! So maddddd and hungry!!!
