        **update- I found many extra "policy change" charges that I had no idea I was being charged. UNACCEPTABLE! EASY TO REACH BY PH NOW- WITH A 40MIN WAIT. I'm shopping for new insurance. Almost impossible to reach someone via phone. The hold time is awful then your disconnected. My renters insurance went up with NO EXPLANATION and there is NO LIVE CHAT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SENT EMAIL WITH CALL BACK#. STILL NOTHING.

        Almost 30 days went by the agent had not pulled a police report and told me I needed to email her one, so I ended up having to pay my deductible when the other vehicle backed into my car, my agent had not even looked into who was at fault, maybe I just assumed a police report was automatically the first request made..disappointed I have to pay them and then do their job, will be looking for another insurance company
