Best Western Toledo South Maumee

Room was generous and clean shower was awesome needs a little maintenance It was farther from our route than we like but very quiet. Friendly staff Rooms: Very spacious clean amazing shower! Walkability: Several restaurants close by

It was beautiful stay and staff was very helpful. The town itself is very beautiful and quite. We enjoyed the stay.

Bathroom design needs updating. Breakfast eeehhh. The worst were the pool hours, didn't open until noon and closed at 9 for kids. Possible swim time for them was limited.

Dawn was quite possibly the friendliest person we have met. The hotel itself was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was huge! I didn't try the breakfast, but looked delicious. Nothing else to say other than KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The room itself was nice. The staff gave us the wrong room number so we had tried to open someone elses door and when we told the staff the key didnt work and the door knob was broken on the room the actual guest staying in the room told them this was a mistake. They never acknowledged that person had a broken door knob. Instead they loudly yelled they had the wrong room number and yelled out our room number with strangers outside our doors which made me feel very unsafe. The pool hours say kids arent allowed in after 9 but they do and they dont seem to care if they arent there with a parent and are harassing other guests. A child kept going out of her way to splash water in my husbands ear even after I told her to stay away from us and the front desk said there wasnt anything they could do. We also got reprimanded for putting chocolate chips in the waffle in the waffle iron. The chocolate chips are next to the batter and there is no sign saying not to. Overall a meh experience
