We switched to Prescolaire about a year ago and could not be happier. This is such a caring community and my child has learned so much! We are so grateful to Lynette, Kerri and Casey for supporting such a nurturing place to drop off my child. They are greeted every day with a big smile (as am I) and is such a nice way to start our day. All of our teachers have been amazing, including Ms. Andrea who recently went the extra mile to help my child turn a rough day around. This is an amazing place and we are so glad and grateful to be there.

There was a review that said this place was the perfect "eye candy," and boy, was that right on the button. The very first day.. I was called within 3 hrs and stated my payment method declined, and my son was hitting and that they weren't sure that they could keep him. Long story short, they were charging the wrong payment method as to why the payment declined. They didn't check out the paperwork that was submitted. When I picked my son up (he's 3), he was rolling on a cot without his blanket, which was specifically mentioned in his paperwork to help with soothing. The teacher was hard to understand & English obviously was not her primary language. Not that it matters, BUT a 3 yr old is hard to understand at times, and he didn't understand her at all. So not only was he in a place that was new, he was neglected the one thing that would have soothed him. I was mortified bc he was in a new place where he knew no one, and he had nothing to comfort him.. of course, he's taking out his anger in different ways. He doesn't hit at home.. never has, so that was alarming. I won't go on to mention ALL the ridiculous things that happened since he started. But my major issues are no communication directly to the teachers other than an email to the front desk. No communication via the app to and from. The photos I would get are things my son did WRONG vs. right. Hiding on the teachers lap, he takes his shoes off, won't sit in group time... this led to them telling me my son is autistic. I took him to our pediatrician, a behavioral health therapist & an occupational therapist, and none of them have seen any traits of being autistic. My husband and I both have ADHD/ADD.. it stems from that, but we have nothing more than a wild boy. Since we left, not one person has tried to call and ask why we left or what happened. This place is perfect eye candy but completely blew the first day going forward. Here I am thinking my son has issues.. forking out all this money to take him to doctor after doctor. Since I took him out.. he's been SO much better!! My son was under stress from this place. It broke my heart to see how much better he's been since leaving there. Parents beware.

One hour and $2000 later we were done with this place. I don't know if there's a better daycare than this out there for Infants but this place is just an eye candy. When you enroll they make you provide every little detail of what your Baby needs to get through the day so they can follow it. Everyone who enrolls will know the long list of questions and specifics that you'll provide. Guess what, they don't follow anything. They completely ignored the 2 very simple requests we gave them when we left our 6 month old there. 1) Please reheat her formula and try again after 15 minutes if she did not finish her bottle. 2) Please give her the teething toys that we brought with us, since we were told that multiple kids were sick there recently. We watched from the waiting area and neither request was followed. An hour later we picked up our Baby who was left to cry uncontrollably on the floor biting on some random teether. 2 days later we got the special parting gift (2 weeks of sickness). Some might say this is what all day cares are like. But if that's the case then I don't see a reason to choose this place.
