I picked my child up today (2.5 years old) and her diaper was SOAKED through her clothes. I asked them if they change diapers here, and they said yes they do. I asked them why, then, is my daughter in a diaper so full it has soaked her pants all the way through. Their response? "the law states we only have to change them every 4 hours or bowel movement" What? Excuse me? And actually, that's incorrect, the law states every TWO hours or "immediately when soiled" Not an apology, not an assurance that my child will never have to sit in her urine soaked clothing ever again. I asked them, again (3 times total) if it is acceptable for them to leave a child soaked in their own urine, and not one time did they answer me, which I assume means it IS acceptable to them. They then tried to pass the blame onto me, asking me "when's the last time you changed her diaper this morning" My husband, who dropped her off, assured me it was bone dry upon walking into the building. One of them then tried to tell me she has grandchildren and she "knows how these things go" I showed her my child's visibly soaked bottoms and said "you're telling me if you picked up you grandbaby and she's THIS wet in her own piss-soaked clothes, you would be ok with that?" and of course she didn't even have the decency to apologize or even respond. She was there 2.5 hours and had on the same diaper she was dropped off in. (the diaper count in her bag was the same). They then tried to use the excuse of "there are too many kids". If there are "too many kids" for them to handle, they shouldn't accept so many, and I told them that. The main teacher told me "I just want you to know I check them every hour myself" so 1 of 2 things happened: 1. She lied. or 2. She saw my daughter needed changing and ignored it. I had to fill out paperwork and they asked how often I wanted my daughter's diaper checked, I indicated every half hour, because I didn't want something like THIS to happen. Also, last week, my husband witnessed one of the staff roughly pushing and speaking gruffly to our child, who was excited to see her father walk in the door (the staff member didn't see my husband and didn't realize he could see and hear her). Upon noticing his presence, her tone immediately changed and she tried to play it off like she wasn't just shoving and speaking gruffly to a TWO year old. I'm super enraged and disappointed because I've heard such great things about this place. I'm FURIOUS that they actually tried to JUSTIFY my child sitting in her urine soaked clothes and didn't even have the decency to apologize. It's difficult enough finding trustworthy care, and when things like this happen, it makes you wonder how they're really treated when you're not around. I would not even be leaving this review if I would have received an apology and an assurance that this will never happen again. Instead, all I got was the law (incorrectly) quoted to me and justification for them allowing a child to sit around in their urine soaked clothing. Inexcusable.

This is our 3rd year with Magical Moments Preschool. We have had nothing short of amazingly wonderful experiences!! The curriculum and activities are FUN, structured, and well planned. They do a fantastic job of helping all the children grow mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally. My daughter never wants it to be the weekend or any kind of holiday break at that. The teachers are kind, loving, gentle, and understanding. They accommodated my older daughter's food allergies and are currently supporting my youngest daughter's medical needs gracefully. They have become our friends and my daughter's second family! I know all the memories, and friendships she developed here will follow her wherever she may go. We LOVE Magical Moments Preschool.

Wonderful school with great teachers. All the staff are very caring and your child will definitely have a best time at magical moments

Our son has been attending Magical Moments for 2 years now and will also attend next year before he heads into kindergarten. We have absolutely loved the program and the teachers. His language and writing skills have improved and I have no doubt he will be ready for kindergarten. More importantly for the time being though, I have seen an improvement in his social skills and his ability to interact and respond to others that are not his parents. The teachers truly care for their kids, and the small class sizes ensure they get the one-on-one attention they need. Cannot recommend Magical Moments enough!
