Our condo had sat empty for 2 years while we were in the process of deciding if we wanted to rent out again or just sell it. After the long 2 years and several cosmetic updates we reached out to Dave and told him that we wanted to sell and were pretty firm on our asking price. Dave came in, took photos and had the condo listed within a few days. Once it was listed we had an offer within minutes. Dave was in constant communication with us and the potential buyer and once an offer was accepted the deal was complete in less than a month. We were dreading the process and timeline but Dave made it so simple and easy. We highly recommend Dave to any one we know that is looking to buy or sell.

Dave is fantastic to work with! He is very down to earth and happy to explain anything to you (for someone like me that is not as knowledgeable about home buying/selling, even down to silly questions about mortgages and what to do to get a house ready to sell, and full of crazy questions, I really appreciated this). He truly wants you to be happy with your home and the whole process and will help in anyway he can. He is readily available to help and quickly responds.
