I hope the "regulars" tip very well every time, cause my experience here (and most places similar in product and staff), is that they get so side tracked chatting with the regular older middle aged guys, they kinda neglect the new customer. And so, the tip will indicate.

Certainly an enjoyable experience. Service was beyond what I was hoping to expect. I really enjoyed this place. The food, and the atmosphere of everything was exuberant. Good ppl and great food.

Absolute I paid $19.49 for 16-grilled nuggets and if I could put the picture of what they thought was 16, youd agree they either cant count or they dont give AF. I realized they didnt give AF when my order was scheduled for pickup at 8:44pm and I didnt get my order until 9:04pmthe restaurant was only about 20% full and there seemed to be plenty of workers walking around but not serving customers. Finally I called the restaurant so the phone would ring and theyd be forced to come to the front desk but they never acknowledged me calling. Finally I walked into the back kitchen area and asked for my carry-out and they gave me looks that could have killed. I said Im sorry but Ive been waiting over 15-minutes for my carry-out and youre also not answering your phone. Very unpleasant experience only to feel like I was kicked in the nads once I saw the 16 nuggets. This is the 2nd time in less than 3-weeks. First time was on me, Im done with you guys. Poor culture/atmosphere, workers on the clock without any direction. Cant imagine it could be worse, maybe it is when its busier. There are so many other quality wings placed nearby, including Elis, Frickers, BonChon, Twin Peaks stay away from these idiots.
