Employees really tried, but slow service and so many customers had to come back due to incorrect orders. Food was great once the order was filled Great food, as always! Employees need customer service training... greeting customers and saying "thank you" should be required!!!!

I stopped here on my way to Kentucky to see my grandson be born. It was a race against time since I was 5 hours away. The lady that waited on me was sweet and we talked some. Told her I was on a mission. She congratulated me on my new Grandson and proceeded to buy my meal. What an awesome blessing thank you beautiful angel. She even took a picture with me! I went to the car and cried because I've never had that happen to me like that. Thank you sweet angel

Just had a pickup order for the brown sugar sandwich. I got it home and took it out of the box. The bacon was old cold and seemed like it was sitting for 4 or 5 hours The bun was dried out and hard. WRONG BUN TOO. Shame on that person thinking that's acceptable to serve this. (Manager to boot also)I will not be back to this location. Also walking in to this place to pick up the order my shoes stuck to the floors as they were sticky and seem like they weren't cleaned for a few days. At least it was 50% off and I didn't pay almost $7 for this sandwich sad part is I love Arby's however I will question going forward. STILL A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TODAY.

Ordered two fish sandwiches with only cheese. My truck is loud so maybe they didn't hear me. But I returned to the drive-thru just by putting it in reverse backing up. I gave them the two fish sandwiches notified them that they had lettuce and mayonnaise on them and they were supposed to be plain. I apologize because it was probably my loud truck. They took the sandwiches back there and they waited I guess because when I got the sandwiches back it was the exact same sandwiches but they flipped over the fish filet and threw a slice of cheese on top of it to cover up the mayonnaise and then put it back on the same or maybe a new bun. Was pretty obvious. I can't stand the taste of mayonnaise so now I have a mayonnaise flavored fish sandwich times two with no mayonnaise on it
