        Had an amazing customer experience with TERI! One thing to note is to give the pillows time to fluff up, my mistake wasnt doing that and I was going to return them, until they suddenly fluffed up and now Im so happy with them! Thank you Downlite for walking me through the return process and Terri for explaining everything so thoroughly. Will be ordering more from them & recommending them to all family and friends.
