Bed Bath & Beyond

We arrived at the Mason, Ohio store at 8:15 to pick up a new Keurig...ours died this morning :(   we thought the store was open until 9 only to see it closed at 8:00.  I called the store number and Gerard kindly answered anyway and offered to get our Keurig from behind the counter for us, as we had already paid for it.  He was so friendly and kind.  We will definitely return to this store when we need something!!! Thanks Gerard!!!!!

Adjacent to Whole Foods & some other shops, like Dick's Sporting Goods, this is your typical Bed, Bath, & Beyond location, though arguably a bit cleaner & better tended to. Here you'll have your choice of "As Seen on TV" products & merchandise of other questionable use, along with some stuff that's legitimately worthwhile, whether it's bedding, kitchenware, holiday decor, or something else.Their clearance section did leave something to be desired, though. Bring your coupons!

I attempted to call and ask if they had black out curtains. Some lady from India, yes I said India said she'd transfer me. I waited and finally hung up. I'll take my business to Amazon.Corporations like Bed Bath & Beyond pay lip service to customer service. They pay a  cheaper price using foreign services to perform what should be a more friendly interaction.When I went to the store in Mason, Ohio two weeks ago I was shocked to see the prices. Items that would cost $ 29.00 to $ 35.00 were now $60-$70! Unbelievable! Even with their 20% coupons you are being gouged. Rampant greed is  and will be the final nail in the proverbial coffin!You can do much better at other stores. I highly and without reservation don't recommend them.

I' M STILL WAITING!Amazon or store? That's the biggest question. I've been looking at an item that I wanted to buy for about a month. I finally decide I want to buy it and wait till the next paycheck. The item is $49 at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It's $45 on Amazon. Same brand too. I have a coupon for BB&B for 20% off. So, we stop in because the website says the Mason store has it. So we stop in the Mason store. Sales lady says they are out and can order. I asked when to get it and she looks it up and says by Wednesday. I say okay and pay to order it. Wed comes and nothing. Get an email Thursday, says estimated delivery is Friday. NOTHING COMES. So I click on the minute details of shipping this morning. This is basically what it says:7/31/20 ORDERED in Mason store8/3/20 6:08 am Shipment information sent to FedEx8/3/20 5:48 pm VENTURA, CA Picked up8/3/20 10:02 pm VENTURA, CA Arrived at FedEx location8/4/20 12:22 am VENTURA, CA Left FedEx origin facility8/4/20 3:26 am BLOOMINGTON, CA Arrived at FedEx location8/4/20 1:05 pm BLOOMINGTON, CA Departed FedEx location8/7/20 10:18 am MONMOUTH, IL In transit8/7/20 10:19 pm COUNTRYSIDE, IL In transitIt took them 4 days to send the order to Fed ex. Almost 12 hours for Fed ex to pick it up. 5 hours to make it to a Fed Ex location. 14 hours for it to leave location. Another 3 hours to go 1.5 hours. Okay, not bad. THEN... It takes it 10 hours to leave the Bloomington facility. Takes 3 more days to get to Monmouth, IL. Then 12 hours to drive it 2.5 hours away.Now, their website says it's a 3 to 6 day policy to get the item to you after it has shipped, Well that would be today as the 6th day after it has shipped. BUT........ It's still in Chicago. It took 9 days to get it to Chicago. How much longer to get it to Cincinnati?I'm beyond frustrated. Especially since the store manager wouldn't do anything but cancel the order. So, lesson learned. AMAZON or STORE? AMAZON! Pay more. Get it faster. No headaches.
