By far the worst lodging experience I have ever had. Room smelled like cigarettes, manager came in and said she didnt smell anything. Which was odd because other people in the hotel also said it smelled as well. Asked for an additional pillow and was told that that my room already had 3 and didnt need anymore. I have never been to a hotel that didnt have an extra pillow to spare, as the door to the back was open and pillows were in plain sight. Asked for an additional blanket and was told the same. Not sure why theyre withholding linens, especially for the cost of this place this weekend. Outlets didnt work. Ive got a CPAP, tablets, and multiple other devices that need charged and the outlets just didnt work. So we had to decide between having cold beverages or charged devices for our kids. I also asked if they had complimentary toiletries, since its an industry standard. Manager said yes, I asked for 2 toothbrushes and was told they do not offer them, but heytheyve got toothpaste. Also room rates were hiked up 3x due to a local event. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would advise everyone to stay far, far away from this place. For a place requesting $175 a night on March 17th, the value and customer service is not there. Please do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Breakfast not good at all . Sausage looked half cooked and not sure what kind of eggs they had but it looked dry. Ran out of waffle mix.
