Rooms: Never had a 3bed room before, Love it!!! The staff are so nice and welcoming!! We come here every year!

This is the kind of place someone very desperate would go to. They are connected with the Heart of Ohio Homeless Shelter and it showed. They do not clean the rooms before putting someone in there. The staff lurked around the building listening to conversations that are not their business. Certain staff called customers cuss words and constantly hung out talking badly about guests outside of others rooms. If stopping by to see someone they were even ruder. A great deal of stuff did not seem to work.

This place charges money for my dogs. Other hotels/hotel chains don't. It's not a nice place at all compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. For what they charge for my dogs I could have rented another room for them. A lot of illegal activity at this place as well. I would have stayed literally for a month if they didn't charge so much money for my dogs. I'll move on to the next hotel that doesn't charge so much money.

Room smelled like cigarettes smoke, shady people doing drugs and partying outside. Felt unsafe...
