They let us run out when the temperature was in the 20s out for 5 days now that it is almost 80 degrees they come out today to fill our tank. How does this make sense?

This is the absolute worst propane company to ever deal with. Take my advice, go with a different company.
I called them on March 22nd to get a new service scheduled. It was scheduled for may 5th between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. At 11 o'clock on May 5th I called to check on the schedule because nobody had showed up yet. When I called they said they said the appointment was actually never scheduled and they couldn't find it in their system. I had received a confirmation email for for the installation. I was also told it was gonna be $700 just to bring out a tank. I looked on the website and it quoted 69.99 for installation. What am I missing here? After spending hours on the phone trying to get my tank installed I finally decided to just cancel the service. If I'm having this much trouble with a company before the tank is even installed I can only imagine the problems I would have had in the future. Be warned. This is not a company to deal with.
