Called this place in Sept of 23 and submitted required medical info. No Call back after 3 months!

Im a local primary care physician in Mansfield. Im concerned that this office is offering therapies to cancer patients that have no proven benefit and that, in some cases, can potentially place patients who are already extremely ill in danger. Still more, this group is suggesting that these unproven, potentially hazardous therapies may used used alone in place of traditional, evidence-based treatments. As far as I can tell, no providers in this office are oncologists, and that is worrisome. I understand that a cancer diagnosis is frightening. We want to do everything in our power to help ourselves or our loved ones. Ultimately, a decision regarding treatment should be left to the patient and I respect anyone who chooses alternative cancer therapies. However, I encourage patients, friends, and family to research these treatments from reputable sources prior to beginning therapies in this office. Thank You, Chris Yohn MD

UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY A PATIENT, NONE OF THE PRETTY STUFF ON THE WEBSITE IS ACCESSIBLE TO YOU, NOT TAKING ANY NEW PATIENTS. My father had been a patient years ago, and Dr. Penhos and the ozone had really helped. He wanted to go back, so we called today, to make an appointment for he and also for my mother for her back pain secondary to compression fractures. ( very few treatments available, we were hopeful this might work). We will never know. As a nurse myself, it was disappointing that no further questions asked, no triage done, etc. So, I guess consider the website a source of info, nothing you can actually access. Should be posted front and center.

My experience with this provider (in 2018) was such that I would certainly not recommend them. They made lots of VERBAL "promises" in order to gain my business. After paying them SUBSTAINTIAL sums of money up front, and going through their protocol, they did not deliver on their "promises". I would advise that others be cautious before entering into a treatment plan with them, unless you are okay with parting with the sums of money they require without their plan actually having an outcome which they "promise" will occur. After their plan did NOT result in what they had verbally "promised", they pointed to the complete liability release form that I had signed up front. When a person is VERY ILL, it is easy to fall prey to a health center PROMISING certain outcomes. I'm also not the only one this occurred for. Several of the other patients at that time shared with me they had the same experience.... being promised a certain health outcome, but not having it occur, and being out the money. (During treatment, patients sit together and share information and stories with each other. This is how I learned of many others' experiences).
