Go somewhere else. I brought my fianc in and they tested for the flu, Covid and RSV. He came back positive for the flu and we left with a prescription for tamiflu and albuterol. 8 hours later I was taking him to the ER and he was diagnosed with double pneumonia. The provider should have done an X-ray on him when we were there and advised us to go to the ER right away. The staff knew there was no relief from his breathing treatment and prescribed albuterol and still did not take the time to order a chest x ray. Felt like treat it and beat it kind of care.

This place is a joke. Would not recommend. I was very very sick, and my wife works at another hospital in the area, but i did not feel like driving across town, so I calle Univeristiy and asked them how much a visit would be without insurance. I was told it was $75. Upone arrival, I again verified the cost and was told $75. I offered to pay then, but was told they could not take cash and they would send a bill. The Dr. was terrible, had very poor bedside manner and was very rude. I got a bill for $250 and made multiple phone callst to tell them I was told $75. Many times being told that $75 is probably all I will have to pay since that was what was quoted. I got multiple bills in the mail. I wrote a check for $75 and sent a note explaining the entire event. The refused my $75 check, so I just sent them another $75 check and another letter, telling them I refuse to pay $250 and they do not have the right under HIPPA laws to inform any third party collection agency that I was at there facility. I also explained I will not pay a third party, collection agency as my deabt is not with them. So this entire experience has been nothing but negative with these people.
