        TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE My husband and I planned our trip to Chicago and we booked a car to pick up from this location . When my husband arrived , they told us the car is not available and its been a week since they dont have cats at this location . They didnt spend any effort to help and even couldnt help to rent a car from different location . Literally they just sit there and do nothing and get money for it . Can you imagine your plans ruined because of the car rent ? They told my husband to go to the airport for car rent and he checked online what car available there and there was nothing . Thanks god he didnt listen to them and checked before going to another location .

        This location never opens on time. It accepts your reservation as early as 8 am but good luck in finding this location open earlier than 9 AM. Also, they give you dirty cars (unwashed) and with gas tanks unfilled. Lastly, you can never speak with someone from this office, it always defaults to their global customer service line, so don't recommend renting form this Avis locations
