Good price that allowed one ways during Christmas but they never have the car type you request.The inside could use a coat of paint but the guy behind the counter is the nicest guy in town

I would leave zero or negative stars if I could. My husband and I have rented from these guys twice recently and have been overcharged by over a hundred dollars each time. Dishonest workers, and poor customer service. All I can say is buyer beware. If you choose to rent from these guys, please double-check all of your paperwork.

There is no availability for the truck that I ordered. They called me a day before my reservation, even though I made it a week prior to being notified. The guy wanted me to drive 45 minutes south to get my reservation. I hated every moment dealing with the guy behind the counter, zero help, just slow and absent minded.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR CONTRACT!! The lady at the front desk lied to my face when I asked why the price was so much higher than what was originally expected online. I basically got scammed out of $300 because she lied and told me the price difference was only a security deposit and that Id get that back on my card once I successfully return the vehicle. Turns out, she added me onto the liability insurances even though Ive explicitly told her I DID NOT WANT THE INSURANCE! To make matters worse, they only had the 16 foot box truck which was way too large to drive half way across the country with, even though I reserved the 12 foot box truck online. Save yourselves from this scam and rent from elsewhere.
