Love this bank!! Closest good quality bank I've had since First Nationwide was bought out by 5/3 decades ago. I hope FFSL doesn't go anywhere!!

Up til now I have had no issues with this bank. But as of late they have put in place alot of new policies and they also have started to charge for this and that. So I really don't know what is what with them anymore

This bank is awful my husband and I opened up a checking account and because me and my husband works out town they made it there duty to go ahead and closed our account because of it and said she wished she never had opened up account for us because my husband I'd is from Alabama every time I go in that bank there never friendly or helpful so we will never open another account or recommend them to anyone that's looking for a bank. they never could pull money off my cash app card inside the bank or savings account card can't work anywhere but at a ATM but I can cash my husband check that has only his name on it ????this bank is a joke
