Had an auto pay agreement with BRT. They failed to contact me when my card expired. And did not suspend my account like there bills say they will. And proceeded to let the account go unpaid for a year.charging for service's and late fees.as you can imagine the bill is now out of control. The reason people do auto pay is to not worry about the bill. Not so with this company

Support is worthless. Been without service for over a week and still has yet to be resolved. I have spoken to 5 separate individuals, three of which said they would call me back yet never did, and they have not resolved my issue. Recently I have been unable to get a call to go through so I tried their email option for support. They initially sent a "we received" type response email yet nothing else has happened since and that was over 2 days ago. So frustrating. Unfortunately, where I live, there are no other good options.

Internet has been down for 4 days. They will not return phone calls and haven't attempted to fix it. They give my boyfriend the runaround.

BRT's systems are adequate, but they are extremely lacking in technology. Try to find a web page where you can interact with your account, pay your bill online. See if you can find a pricing guide on their web page. Have a smart TV? Try running MOST of the free apps that come with your TV. Most have a sign up that requires an internet provider to grant permission....try it on NatGeo app....or any other that is loaded on your TV. BRT has the equipment, they just don't have personel that can step into the 21st century...
