Best place to eat and get ice cream

Whippy Dip is a nice neighborhood ice cream stand. Their food is good and their ice cream is outstanding.

The food was cold and burnt. Not a good experience at all.

AWFUL Customer Service. They sent me a coupon then refused to accept it on my first order .
