Northlake Village

This is the best apartment complex in the lima area. The office ladies are very easy to work with and Shane in the maintenance department is quick and timely with any fixes that are needed, no matter what they may be. This is definately a place where management cares about their tenants.

Let me first apologize to you since you have to live in Lima Ohio but on the bright side you have found the best place in it to live. The apartments are very fairly priced and are extremely spacious if you're looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. As a student it was also an extremely easy commute to the college as well. I had some points where while I was living there some appliances went out (dishwasher and I had a scuff of some sort on the bathroom counter). I put in my requests and the next day not only did they come out to look at it but they got me completely new ones and set them up for me. The manager there was also amazing. I did not know I was going to college in person for my last year until 2 weeks before the term started I was able to put in my application get answered by the manager the next day and was able to get a full apartment set up utilities and all within a 2 week period. I think this is more than likely the best place to rent from in Lima Ohio and hope this review makes it easier to call this place home.
