Why are yall adding an admin fee of 100 dollars and 65 dollars monthly? If this fee was legal it would be apart of the rent and included in the lease. I asked for corporates phone number and they refused to give it to me. They can literally go in and add whatever charges they want to the account because they tried to steal 100 dollars. Saying it was for rent and I pointed out he had to have a zero balance to move in and he has only been there for 2 weeks then she went into the system and removed it. Who added that fee in there? I want to speak to corporate. Absolutely disgusting.

Never live here. The company that oversees the building is a complete disaster and a total ripoff. Expect multiple breaches of contract, dirty rooms when you move in, and a fight to get your security deposit back. If you research granite student living (the company that owns Longmeadow) youll find multiple court cases theyve been involved in and lost. Find anywhere else to live or just commute.

do not live here. period. this company makes money taking advantage of college students and does not address problems as they arise. management is nonexistent, as well as the units being filthy upon move in, washers/dryers not working, AC units completely busted to the point where we had none for the entire summer, water pressure going out for hours on end, and breaches of contract within the lease. when i first moved in here, the shower drain was so filled with hair that it would not drain, the floors and walls were sticky and clearly had not been cleaned. on top of that, i was only told about one roommate before i moved in, only to find out that there were actually already 2 other people living there (who weren't informed that we were moving in) and another was moving in later in the week. awful communication, obviously slim to no management. not to mention that as i live here currently in an all female unit, maintenance did not give the promised 24 hour notice and came into our apartment unannounced on multiple occasions when myself and my roommates have been home alone. just not worth it to live here with all the problems that so clearly are being ignored by granite. my advice: find somewhere else to live, commute, literally anything.

As a current resident of the building I can say its terrible. There was black mold growing in the shower when I moved in, and every week the water and the wifi goes out. Both of these problems are because granite refuses to update their hardware and the water tank they had installed is faulty. Rent is extremely expensive for the quality of rooms. Theres not even a light in the bedrooms so you have to buy light strips. There isnt a problem with the person who manages the building. Theres a problem with Granite who should be taking care of the building and listening to what needs fixed. They dont listen when the manager gives them things that need updated or replaced.
