Very professional, friendly management. Sara was super friendly and helpful. The head of maintenance is Denny. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The complex is super clean and neat.

Never move to these apartments. The management is unprofessional. They charge you for everything and it's not a safe place to live. Ashley Frost the manager of apartment is yelling at tenants, creating an unsafe environment and not solving any problems.

Nice place to live, but I think rent is way to high. I have lived hear 4 years had windmill up beside my porch on the outside. Was told had to take it down and if I didn't I was getting evicted. I sit out on my porch and I see somebody with a plant on the outside and nothing has been done to them. And I had to wait on a new ice maker for 3 month's

The manager of the apartment "NOAH", is trying to make the living conditions in the apartment as difficult as possible. The carpet in my unit has a thick smell and effects my health condition. Carpet is 7 years old and he refuses to change it as he said "he wants to make the Ohio development management happy as they are paying for his living". Do not rent any apartment in Shawnee lake apartments. You have to pay a high rent and in return getting no livable conditions from mid Ohio development and community manager"Noah".
