Wal-Mart, I think it's time we have a talk. I do an order pick up for food and a game. You left the game in the case. What's the point of buying the game? Since I'm 15 minutes away, I'll just take a saw to it. Thanks for the extra work!

Is this Walmart a franchise? Why is there a difference return policy at this store than the corporate Walmart website? I tried to return diapers from my baby shower and they gave me SO MUCH CRAP. they finally gave in, but gave me the biggest run around and were nasty about it the whole time. Kathy was incredibly rude as was the associate at the return desk. They said I can only do 1 exchange of 1 item under $50 I said thats not Walmart policy and pulled it up, she called over her manager, who called over an upper manager, who said our store manager doesnt allow diaper returns ummm what? Thats not Walmarts policy. I said okay can you put me in contact with him? And with the most cringey face she says um. Yeah Im not going to give you his personal cell not only did I NEVER ask for that info, why are you being rude? Ive worked at many stores and always had a direct line IN the store. He doesnt have that? Anyways, absolutely horrible staff here and disappointed. Whats the point of making a baby registry here if when things dont go as planned/theyre not the right brand or size with the item I cant return it. Literally every baby is a trial run with diapers , its not one type suits all.
