My Verizon representative helped me with everything I needed to get a new phone and get everything transferred properly. I really appreciate his help and knowledge. I will make sure to come back to this store next time!!!

I would like to acknowledge Shawn at the Wilmington, OH store. I purchased a phone and wanted to upgrade to a larger phone. He made both experience super easy and great. Phone and technology purchases are usually difficult and stressful. Shawn was friendly and calm. He made it work!

Broke my phone. Shawn helped. Lots of information that was very helpful to me. Very patient for an older man who does not fully understand technology. Would definitely recommend and will come back in the future!! Thank you Shawn

I came into the Verizon store with my son Jimmy and he got a new phone, I took his old one. Well Jimmy couldn't figure out his Gmail password so we had to wait 6 hours to get it recovered. The lady at the store was very patient and helped us after the 6 hour period transfer all of Jimmy's stuff and then transfered all of my stuff to the new phone. We are very pleased with our experience at Verizon. They were all very friendly and we both love our new phones.
