Ive known the owner, Missy, professionally for about 3 years now. As a social worker, Ive worked with many placement agencies over the years- some were good, some not so good, and many were just decent. Missy is the absolute cream of the crop. She is kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic. She treats the families and individuals she works with as her own, and she is completely invested in wanting to find them the perfect community to suit their needs. She is truly so passionate about her work, and it reflects in all she does! I solely refer to her now, because I know that all of my families are in the best hands if shes involved. If I needed placement services for my own mother, Missy would be my first call.

Missy has referred my company to many of her clients when she sees the need for our services. As a matter of fact, I was with a client today that she referred to us back in December and starting a second job with them soon! Any referral I get from from Missy I know the clients have been in good hands and were taken well care of - this makes my job easier and our clients are happy.

Twice my wife needed short term senior housing quickly and Missy took care of it. Home health care?, she knows that too. When we wanted to look at assisted living she obviously was very knowledgeable and connected us . She and Illuminate Senior Services will always be my go-to person for Senior Care.

Missy was such an invaluable support as we had the challenge of finding the best fit for my parents in an assisted living facility. There are so many options and so much hard sell marketing at each of the senior living centers. She listened to their needs and preferences then narrowed it down to the best options for them. She always followed up immediately on our questions and requests for additional details. She never pushed us on any of the options just presented us with options. My parents have enjoyed their assisted living facility for over a year and a half and counting.
