        They need improve because they want husband and wife together during meeting. My mom is at the rehabilitation hospital and my dad is home. Im interested that they move into that place soon as possible. I have a job at OSU. Im not retired yet. My dad - needs someone watch him. I cant go anywhere if my mom is at rehabilitation. My brother lives in out of state. He does visit here. I hope it helps you understanding. Thanks.

        Do not take your family here . They disrespectful . Once you leave they treat your family with no care . They let them sit in wet depends . My aunt has a diaper rash . Management is horrible . They let the good staff go and keep the lazy and rude ones . Knowing that these old ppl have disabilities or whatever it is thats the reason they are placed there will take advantage of them . If your family members hits them instead of writing them up or contacting their boss they hit your family member back . Please do not put your family here and if you do set up a camera that you can watch from your phone

        My family went to visit this facility recently to find an assisted living facility for my uncle Steve. The Facility was really nice and the woman running the front desk was very personable/helpful

        The staff and enrichment team at The Avalon of Lewis Center are nothing short of fabulous! My mother loves her 'home' and all the activities offered. Everyone is caring, welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
