        Cheap carpet delivered that didn't match the carpet sample in the store, that was obvious more plush. When confronted, they just say there is nothing they can do but you can buy more expensive carpet next time and not rely on the sample.

        The floors look absolutely stunning. They were efficient and helpful through the whole process. The house is very old so they ended up needing to replace a lot of the quarter rounds, and they did an excellent job matching the stain on those.

        The install was great! I fully expected our new, freshly painted, woodwork to be marked and need some touch up but it didnt! Everything looked great when they left!
